1. How do team stores work?
Each team has a dedicated online store that runs for a limited ordering window (typically 1 week). Orders are collected during that time, then produced all at once after the store closes.
This allows us to offer premium quality, consistent pricing, and team-wide delivery.
2. When will I receive my order?
Production begins after the team store closes.
Most orders are delivered 10–14 days after the close date.
Delivery timing may vary slightly depending on product mix and order volume.
3. How will my order be delivered?
During the team order window, all orders are delivered together to the school or program for pickup.
This delivery method is labeled at checkout as:

Shipping options will be available after the group order window closes.
4. Can I order after the team store closes?
Yes! You can order year round!
We offer year-round ordering after the initial window. Once the team order window closes, shipping options will be enabled on that team’s store.
5. Are these items custom made?
Yes. All team apparel is made to order specifically for your team.
Because items are custom produced, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a production defect or error on our part.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before the team store closes.
Once the store closes and production begins, orders are final.

7. What if I selected the wrong size?
We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Because items are custom made, we cannot offer size exchanges unless the item was produced incorrectly.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
Payments are authorized at checkout and finalized once the team order window closes and production begins.
